If you already own your domain name and would like to open a hosting account with us, then you must contact your current registrar and have them update the name servers and contact details to those above. This should be a simple procedure, and in most cases you should be able to do this yourself online, if your registrar has provided you with a control panel allowing you to log-in and manage your domain(s).

If you cannot do this yourself, then an email to your registrar requesting the above changes is all that is needed. Once the changes are made, it can take 12 to 24 hours for the updated information to propagate throughout the internet.

Alternatively, you can transfer your domain from your current registrar, to JAD IT Services. Some registrars do not make this an easy procedure. So unless you have a specific reason for wanting this, then it may be easier to leave your domain(s) with the current registrar. You can initiate a transfer to us by clicking here. Once transferred, you will be supplied with log-in details to manage future changes yourself.
